The MA-54A can be used to solve communication problems between
two pieces of equipment communicating asynchronously. The MA-54A
is a control signal generator or XON/XOFF to RTS/CTS converter.
The unit can be set as DTE or DCE, which simplifies connection
to different types of serial equipment. The MA-54A can be connected
to equipment with RS-232/V.24 interface with a maximum data rate
of 38.4 kbit/s. |
