The Lynx 1xx/11xx family of fast/gigabit limited management
industrial Ethernet switches are designed to satisfy the
toughest industrial environmental requirements. Lynx 1xx
switches are 10/100BaseT while the Lynx 11xx switches are
10/100/1000BaseT. All Westermo products, including the Lynx
family of switches, are ideally suited to applications where
wide temperature, vibration, power, and EMC specifications are a
prerequisite.
The Lynx 1xx/11xx family offers basic read-only SNMP (Simple
Network Management Protocol) and port mirroring. The switches
incorporate four priority queues to ensure that network data is
deterministic. The real time properties of Ethernet have been
maintained in the Lynx unit by incorporating both layer 2 and
layer 3 priority support and HoL (Head of Line) blocking
prevention.
With flexible copper and fiber optic ports, the Lynx family of
switches can be configured for maximum flexibility with the
included Windows based tool. With galvanic isolation, transient
protection, LED diagnostic information, a temperature range of
-40OF to +185OF, 19-60 VDC dual redundant power requirements and
single action DIN rail mounting, these Lynx switches simplify
industrial installations. |
