The 2007 Illinois Rural Water Association 25th Annual Technical Conference took place at the Hilton Gardens/Keller Convention Center in Effingham, IL on February 20th and 21st.  The show experienced a record attendance of 434 attendees with 86 exhibitor booths.

 

Illinois Rural Water Association is a non-profit, independent association, dedicated to the improvement and development of public and privately owned water and wastewater systems.

 

Exhibiting at the conference were companies with products and services aimed at the water industry.  Exhibitors included consulting engineers, systems integrators, specialty pump and instrumentation distributors, etc.  Westermo exhibited a range of products including the Lynx Ethernet switches, show casing the redundant ring capabilities.  Also shown was the EDW series Ethernet/serial converters, DDW series Ethernet extender (operating on an extension power cord), RM series 2.4 GHz radios, GD-01US GSM Cellular Modem and the TD series of dial-up/leased line modems.
